Collin Low
Instructor
Collin Low is the protégé of Pilates Master Teacher, Alvin Giam (1955 – 2015) who started the Pilates movement in Singapore. Collin was schooled and groomed under the careful tutorship of Alvin for close to a decade.
Post Alvin’s passing, Collin transited and continued Alvin’s legacy under The Pilates Works.
The years with Alvin and the inherited relationships with the US direct lineage master teachers continue to humble and inspire Collin to propagate the principles and benefits of Pilates.
"Alvin used to remind us to teach from the heart. Stay humble at all times and never stop learning. This has become my mantra since."

Keren Ong
Instructor
Keren Ong suffered from chronic back pain for many years which eventually led to a disc bulge and pinched sciatica nerve. The debilitating pain prompted her to look for relief in various disciplines like massages, acupuncture, cupping, chiropractor, osteopathy and gym but it was only through Pilates that she found permanence in her pain relief and developed strength and flexibility in my body that she never had.
Keren Ong trained for two years with Pilates Master Teacher Alvin Giam (1955 to 2015) and have taught for six years. She truly can say that she look forward to go to work everyday because the work changes her clients’ bodies and their lives. Keren strongly believe in continued education in Pilates and related disciplines and strive to be a better teacher one day at a time.
“Look at the clients’ body and give them what they need. The technique should suit the client, not make the client suit the technique.”
